Draw near to me where intimacy is sweet. It is where I can heal all of life’s pain. It is where all fear can be laid down and healed. Be set free from these burdens and find rest in me. You go to and fro seeking help and strength. Find help in me; find strength in my presence. Come before me in your loneliness and I will fill you with my love. Seek me when all else fails; you will find me waiting.
Draw as close to me as you can; then draw nearer still. Turn down the glare of the lights; turn low the blare of the sounds and quietly and peacefully enter in. Step into my presence and I will bathe you in my peace. Gather your thoughts and point them to my name. Whisper my name and sing praises to me. We will then walk hand in hand through this life. Don’t let go and I will lead you, as I know the way.
