"Let this mind be in you, which is also in Christ Jesus."

The Cross

The night is far spent. The day ahead long and arduous. My obedience paramount; my resolve imperative. As I looked to the cross I must bare, it was with compassion for those who would also see it for their salvation. Many will look and turn away but many more will see it for what it was to become; a place of redemption and sacrifice for their sins. A place to save the sinner and set free the captive.

Look again lest you miss all that is intended. Look again for all the cross bore; a place I surrendered my life to save all who would come and receive this great salvation.

All we like sheep have gone astray.

“He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not. Surely he has borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to is own way; and the LORD has laid on him the iniquity of us all.”
Isaiah 53: 3-6
